Mariam Ali Reflection
In part 3 of this project, I was responsible for creating the campaign video for social media. The video will be shared through multiple social media platforms in order to promote the campaign. We decided as a group to include the code in the video so people will be able to scan it and get to see the virtual reality.
I started the video with models of Instagram accounts videos, as if someone is scrolling through them, to give it a sense of realistic point of view of many girls around the world, and what are they seeing on social media platforms.
After that, I put the animation video of our poster, and the code at the bottom right, then it scales in size to give the audience a chance to scan it.
I also have written the “your beauty is based on your personality” as it is our slogan above the code.
In the end, different videos were shown of the virtual reality to show what will happen after scanning the code.
I also had a discussion with my instructor about what elements should appear in the video. The project was fun to work on, and our group was definitely a big support to why things were going smoothly.
I have used the animation composer to help with editing this video, as well as different effects. Make sure that everything is cohesive and harmonious within the video, from effects to fonts. I also illustrated a phone design to appear after the code.
